Key Strategies, LLC, the Career Service Organization that provides recruiting, consulting and career coaching services to Risk Management professionals is hosting a special networking event at the national RIMS conference for the sole purpose of bringing employers together with the best Risk Management students in the country. Our hope is to place these students in Entry-level and Internship positions and to raise the awareness of the benefit these students bring to the profession.
Our representatives will assist each employer with the establishment of a job description and appropriate criteria and will then screen the students based upon this criteria. The benefit of this process will be that an employer will only meet candidates that fit their criteria and will not have to waste time speaking to those who do not. After each meeting, our representatives will follow-up with all parties to receive and provide feedback. We will then facilitate all follow-up meetings and assist with the construction and negotiation of an offer.
All placements will be made at a special reduced fee and a percentage of the proceeds will donated to the Spencer Educational Foundation.
